The Clubhouse at Rancho Solano offers wedding packages that are completely customizable.
- We truly understand that you have a budget that you need to stick to, therefore all of our packages are completely customizable in order for you to stay within that budget. There is never a need to mortgage your marriage to have your wedding with Clubhouse at Rancho Solano.
- Your unique dream wedding will come to life with the help of our wedding coordinating professionals. Clubhouse at Rancho Solano will help you with every detail of choosing your theme, design details, menu choices, cake design… you name it!
- Our experienced wedding coordinating professionals are included with every package and are here around the clock to help you throughout the entire planning process.

Damian has been our chef for more than 25 years! He was born in Mexico, & moved to Vacaville when he was 17 years old. In his free time, he LOVES to go fishing!
Kendel Fisher
Event Sales Director
Kendel graduated from CSU East Bay and has been in the event & hospitality industry for over 10 years. She has lived in NC, GA, MA and is now back home in California. In her spare time, she hikes with with her Golden Retriever, goes paddle boarding, and loves travelling.
Gina Gonzalez
Event Manager
Gina is a Northern California based photographer in her free time; which actually most of the photos on this website are Gina’s. She is a GREAT singer and acts like her life is a musical! Her favorite food is In ‘N’ Out and Chick-fil-a.
Alex
Banquet Captain
Alex has a love for golf and that is actually how he ended up being a part of our team! Other than golfing – in his free time, he enjoys hikes, reading and listening to a wide variety of music. He is also our biggest jokster on our team!
Leilani Lunch
Banquet Sales Coordinator
Leilani is our travelling office gal! She is only with us on Friday’s and some Saturday’s, but we always have the best time when she is here! She loves visiting her family in Texas.
Connar
Banquet Bar Manager
Connar has been with the company for four years. Outside of work, she loves to do macramé and spend time with her four-year-old daughter and husband. She has such a fun and loving personality that is infectious to the entire team.
Eliseo
Banquet Server
Eliseo is one of our most experienced banquet servers. He is always the one to initiate a get together with the team for taco Tuesday! He loves football, a variety of music, staying busy and golfing on our course.
Angel
Banquet Server
Angel is a HUGE sports fan! In his free time he plays Call of Duty, goes to the gym, takes naps, and loves cooking – especially for his family. Angel is a hard worker and pays very close attention to detail.
Isaac
Banquet Server
Isaac is currently going to school at Solano Community College and studies photography. He is in the Army Reserve; and in his free time loves playing Call of Duty, playing soccer, driving his car, taking pictures and hanging out with friends.
Darren
Banquet Server
Darren is a Firefighter in Solano County. He says he could eat pizza for the rest of his life. If he is not with us or at the fire department, he is spending time with his son. Fun fact – he LOVES riding his sports bike everywhere.
